We have been informed that some customers who submitted a building permit application through the Accela Citizen Portal may receive a phishing email.
The subject line of the phishing email is "Invoice for Application Review and Approval Fee – Immediate Action Required"
If you receive the email, we recommend updating your password in the Accela Citizen Portal, do not click on any links or download attachments, do not respond or provide any personal information, delete the email, and block the sender.
